Role Description:
This part-time remote Human Resources role focuses on supporting the full employee lifecycle while promoting a positive, compliant, and inclusive work environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with HR administration, maintaining employee records, and helping implement HR policies and procedures. The role involves supporting personnel management activities, such as onboarding, performance documentation, and employee relations inquiries, and coordinating employee benefits information and communication. The HR professional will collaborate with managers to ensure consistent application of HR practices, contribute to process improvements, and provide timely guidance on HR-related questions.
Qualifications:
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support day-to-day HR operations.
Knowledge of HR Policies and basic employment practices, including compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Experience with Employee Benefits administration or coordination, including employee communication and documentation.
Skills in Personnel Management, such as maintaining accurate records, supporting onboarding, and assisting with performance-related processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on confidentiality, trust, and professional conduct.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and use HRIS or similar HR tools effectively.
Prior experience in an HR support or generalist role is preferred; relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or coursework in HR or Business is beneficial.
