About the Job: Blacklock Group is proud to be partnering with a leading investment bank as it continues to expand its Technology Services Investment Banking team in New York. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly active and growing platform with a strong track record of advising technology services companies on complex and high-profile M&A, strategic advisory, and capital raising transactions. The team offers significant deal exposure, direct access to senior bankers, and the opportunity to work with leading founder-owned, sponsor-backed, and publicly traded businesses across the technology services landscape.

Key Responsibilities: Support the execution of M&A, strategic advisory, and capital markets transactions across the Technology Services sector Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials Prepare client presentations, pitch books, marketing materials, and management presentations Participate in due diligence processes, transaction execution, and client communications Conduct industry, market, and company-specific research to support live transactions and business development initiatives Manage analysts and oversee key execution workstreams across live deals and pitches Collaborate closely with senior bankers and contribute to the team's origination efforts Requirements 2–4 years of Investment Banking experience, ideally with exposure to Technology, Technology Services, TMT, M&A, or related sectors Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities Experience supporting or executing live M&A and/or capital markets transactions in a fast-paced environment Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record Why Join This Team Work on high-profile transactions across a broad range of technology services subsectors Gain meaningful responsibility and hands-on deal experience from day one Collaborate with a highly respected team known for its entrepreneurial culture and strong mentorship Direct exposure to senior leadership, private equity sponsors, and leading technology companies Competitive compensation package and clear opportunities for long-term career progression
