SENIORITY
Intern
About the role
- Students pursuing MS or PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering focused on Analog/Mixed-Signal circuit design.
- Strong understanding of basic circuit building blocks such as bandgap reference, amplifiers, feedback-OTAs, comparators, switched-capacitor circuits etc.
- Familiarity with analog-to-digital (ADC) or digital-to-analog (DAC) data converter design, PLLs, Oscillators etc. is a plus
- Strong intuitive and analytical understanding of transistor-level circuit design including feedback, noise and mismatch analysis
- Familiar with Cadence schematic capture, virtuoso, Spectre and/or HSPICE circuit simulation tools
- Ability to work independently and adhere to schedules
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Should be able to seek help proactively
- We are looking for trailblazers...We strongly believe that the pace of the ongoing hardware revolution will be greatly accelerated by Omni Design's IP cores and the rapidly emerging semiconductor embedded design business ecosystem.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
