About the role

Hudbay Minerals U.S. Business Unit seeks a Mine Operations Superintendent in Helvetia, AZ to lead open-pit copper extraction, loading, and haulage. You will manage daily production targets, budgets, and fleet productivity while upholding a strong safety culture. Reporting to the Mine Manager, you will coordinate with engineering, geology, maintenance, and processing teams to optimize throughput from mine to mill. A BS in Mining Engineering and 10–12 years of experience are required.
