About the role
Quantum Design seeks an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to serve as the primary People & Culture partner for approximately 260 employees across multiple business functions located at our San Diego headquarters. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, guiding organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, and employee relations. This onsite role requires strong business acumen, influencing skills, and data‐driven decision making to drive organizational performance
