About the role

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Associate to provide administrative support and assist with daily office operations. This role will help maintain records, coordinate routine activities, manage documents, and support internal teams to ensure efficient workplace operations.
Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative and clerical support. Maintain organized digital and physical files. Enter, update, and verify information in company systems. Prepare documents, spreadsheets, reports, and correspondence. Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments. Respond to routine emails, calls, and internal requests. Process and maintain administrative forms and records. Monitor office supplies and assist with replenishment. Support meeting preparation and administrative follow-up. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation. Coordinate routine administrative tasks with internal departments. Handle confidential company information appropriately. Assist with administrative projects and process improvements. Support other office-related activities as needed. Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus. Previous office or administrative experience is preferred. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional and dependable approach to work.
