About the role

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Provide day-to-day administrative and client-service support to advisors and portfolio managers. Respond to routine client requests involving cash transfers, deposits, withdrawals, gifting, statements, tax documents, and account information. Prepare account-opening and maintenance paperwork, gather documentation, and follow up on outstanding items. Work with custodians and financial institutions to process requests and resolve routine service issues. Maintain accurate client records and assist with new-client onboarding, meeting preparation, reports, and follow-up. Support IRA distributions, Required Minimum Distributions, charitable gifts, and other transactions with guidance from experienced team members.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Approximately 1-4 years of professional experience, preferably in wealth management, financial services, banking, insurance, accounting, legal, or another client-focused professional environment.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
