About the role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to oversee the day-to-day operations, financial performance, compliance, and continued growth of our agency, serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. DDSD/DD Waiver experience is highly preferred and strongly desired. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in social services, healthcare, behavioral health, disability services, or another regulated environment and understand how to balance quality services with strong business operations.
