About the role

Beach Front Property Management, Inc. is seeking a part-time Key Holder to support administrative tasks and groundskeeping at our Inglewood, CA property. The role requires on-site residence and reports to the Regional Property Supervisor. Pay is $18.42 per hour with 3-5 hours per week. Responsibilities include grounds care, basic maintenance, and coordination with residents and vendors to keep the community in excellent condition.
