About the role
Crowell & Moring LLP seeks an International Trade Associate or Counsel (Export Controls) to join our practice in Boston, Chicago, Denver, New York, or Washington, DC. The ideal candidate has 3–6 years counseling clients on US export controls, with emphasis on EAR and ITAR, and strong writing and analytical skills.
Responsibilities include:
EAR/ITAR guidance, licensing (BIS/DDTC), classification analyses, and development of international trade compliance programs.
