(Part drawing, CMM programs, etc.)Prepares workplace and CMM machine for next task Performs manual measurements and dimensional checks using gauges, etc. Utilizes CMM machines for measurements Archives measurement data in electronic format Retrieves and provides reports to Team as needed Supports change-over activities of manufacturing for an earliest first ok part and confirmation for series production Perform inbound inspection per work instruction Perform outbound inspection per work instructions Segregates unacceptable material from acceptable unacceptable material to review table Provides inspected and confirmed parts to next process step Enters data from Material Review Process and tracks paperwork Communicates quality issues to Quality Engineer as needed Maintains work area.
