Pay: $18–$21/hour | Schedule: Day Shift | Temp-to-HireWe're hiring a Mechanical Assembler – Magnetics to join a manufacturing team in Clearwater, FL. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude who wants to build a career in electromechanical assembly and manufacturing.
Responsibilities: Assemble current and power transformers using engineering drawings and work instructions. Use hand tools and solder terminals to magnet wire. Install hardware and complete final product assembly. Inspect products for quality and identify assembly issues. Complete production documentation and maintain an organized workstation. Follow OSHA and company safety procedures.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED with manufacturing or assembly experience (technical school graduates encouraged to apply).Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to read work instructions and engineering drawings. Experience with hand tools or soldering is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
