About the role

ECE Substitutes is hiring experienced Early Childhood Teachers for flexible substitute assignments with childcare centers and preschools. This is a great opportunity for educators who want to work without committing to a fixed weekly schedule. Choose available shifts based on your schedule, location, and preferred age groups.
What You’ll Do:
Support infant, toddler, preschool, and Pre-K classrooms Follow classroom routines and lesson plans Assist with activities, meals, transitions, and supervision Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment Provide dependable classroom coverage when programs need additional support
Qualifications:
Minimum 12 months of early childhood classroom experience High school diploma or equivalent Must be at least 18 years old Dependable and comfortable adapting to different classrooms Must meet state-required background and eligibility requirements Schedule
