Plant Operations Manager Our client is a global organization with a large domestic presence, manufacturing various metal-fabricated products used in fastening and assembly solutions. With a large focus on the automotive sector, the company has worked hard to maintain and build upon the momentum they established and are looking for a tenured plant operations manager to continue to drive growth and operational efficiency.
Job Description: Lead day to day production operations Manage all operational KPIs tied to efficiency, quality, safety, productivity, headcount and more Manage site level P&L and cost reduction initiatives Lead all Lean/CI projects - running with corporate directives but also finding new solutions Maintain plant certifications for ISO9001 and IATF16949 Align plant strategy with corporate and global strategy The Successful Applicant 7+ years of manufacturing/plant leadership experience Full P&L responsibility Ability to lead cross-functional teams Career focused on Lean/CI/Process improvement Ability to communicate with executive leadership on a site and global level Experience with New Product Development and Introduction MBA/Advanced degrees a plus What's on Offer Salary range of $160,000 to $180,000 depending on experience and interviews 15% bonus target 3-4 weeks PTO Retirement plan/match Comprehensive health benefits Car mileage reimbursement program Holidays closures More
