Job Description: We are seeking a Facilities & Office Services Assistant to support the day-to-day needs of a professional office. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, people-focused environment and can comfortably balance administrative work with hands-on office support.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative and office operations support
  • Assist with facilities requests, vendors, invoices, and office supplies
  • Maintain office records, tracking logs, and other documentation
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment of office and hospitality supplies
  • Provide reception coverage and assist with greeting visitors
  • Support meetings, conferences, catering, and internal events
  • Help prepare meeting and common areas for employees and visitors
  • Assist with office logistics for new hires and employees visiting from other locations
  • Partner with internal teams on events and special projects
  • Respond to day-to-day requests and help resolve office-related issues
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in office administration, facilities, hospitality, reception, customer service, or a related environmentStrong customer service and communication skills
  • Professional and confident demeanor
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills and common sense
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Proficiency with Microsoft OfficeHigh school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
