Responsibilities: Manage start of races. Work in collaboration with Bullpen Manager and Bullpen Race Managers to receive athletes.

QUALIFICATIONS: Active position Work well under pressure; Ability to manage volunteers; Ability to troubleshoot effectively. General understanding of competition rules. Interview required with Field Manager before event.

REPORTS TO: Athletics Competition Director. Works in collaboration with Finish Line Coordinator.
