Assistant Project Manager – Construction (REO Assets)South Brooklyn, NY | $75,000 – $80,000 + BenefitsAbout the OpportunityOur client is a growing construction company specializing in the renovation, rehabilitation, and management of REO (Real Estate Owned) assets throughout the New York City area. They are seeking a Project Manager who is eager to learn, willing to roll up their sleeves, and excited to grow alongside ownership. The role is based in South Brooklyn, and requires both working in the office, as well as in the field visiting sites (transportation will be provided - you need a driver's license.)This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with construction project management experience—or an emerging PM looking to take the next step in their career.
