Position Overview: Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Quality Inspector to join their Electronics client in Irvine, California.
Responsibilities: Conduct thorough inspections of products and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Identify and document defects, deviations, or non-conformities in products or processes. Perform visual and dimensional checks at various stages of production (Incoming, In-Process, and Final) Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and results for audit and reporting purposes. Operate testing equipment and tools to assess product quality accurately. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce waste. Communicate findings and recommendations to relevant departments and stakeholders.
Qualifications: Previous experience in quality inspection or a related field is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and inconsistencies. Must have extensive knowledge of IPC-A-600, J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, and IPC-A-620. Certification is preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using inspection and measurement tools and equipment. Good communication skills to effectively report and document findings. Required Work Hours The Quality Inspector will work full-time hours, with a schedule of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday. Hourly Pay The position offers a competitive hourly pay ranging from $30.00 to $38.00, based on experience and qualifications.
