About the role

JOB SUMMARY: Lead, develop, and maintain the company’s Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). This role acts as the primary quality liaison for OEM customers, driving cross-functional continuous improvement, compliance, and swift issue resolution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCompliance & Auditing
  • Maintain systems to ensure full compliance with ISO and IATF standards.
  • Lead all audits, including internal, layered process (LPA), registrar, and customer audits.
  • Manage documentation, keeping manuals and procedures updated and relevant. OEM & Quality Management
  • Coordinate OEM activities, serving as the main contact for project meetings and quality concerns.
  • Resolve quality issues using root-cause analysis, CAPA, and Core Quality tools (FMEA, Risk Analysis).
  • Handle submissions, preparing PPAP, IMDS compliance data, and customer environmental surveys. Team Support
  • Train and mentor employees and Quality Associates on quality processes and standards.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Education: bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 5–7 years in quality management with 5+ years of auditing experience.
  • Certifications: Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  • Technical Skills: Strong expertise in PPAP, IMDS, Lean/Six Sigma, and Core Quality Tools.
  • Systems: MS Office proficiency; M3 ERP and OEM portal experience is a plus.
  • Core Skills: Strong leadership, advanced problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
