Tenant Coordinator | $95k - $100k base salary | Westchester, NYYour new company Hays is partnering with a leading REIT who are looking to hire a Tenant Coordinator to support a Tri-State portfolio of retail properties. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercial real estate professional who enjoys working at the intersection of tenant relations, construction, and project management. Your new role In this role, you will support retail tenants through the life-cycle of their lease, from initial execution to store opening. Coordinating with in-house property management, leasing, and construction teams, you will ensure projects are completed on time, in compliance with lease requirements, and positioned for successful rent commencement. Acting as the primary liaison for tenants, you will oversee tenant build-outs, coordinate schedules and approvals, manage project milestones, and help drive a seamless tenant experience. What you'll need to succeed Architectural drawing experience - reviewing software, providing comments, communicating changes. Knowledge of commercial leasing - ability to review terminology and abstract.3+ years of experience in commercial property management, construction, or lease administration. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Knowledge of tenant fit-outs and capital projects.
