Marketing Designer & Coordinator (B2B Marketing background required)
Location: Cold Springs, KY - 100% onsite - 3-5 years experience (no relo)
The Marketing Designer & Coordinator is a creative and execution-focused role responsible for developing marketing materials while helping move broader marketing initiatives from plan to completion. The position serves as the department's primary graphic design resource while also coordinating projects, managing production details, supporting campaign timelines and assisting with events, product initiatives and sales enablement for multiple brands. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple types of projects in a lean marketing department. They should be able to understand the objective behind an assignment, independently move their work forward and raise questions or risks before deadlines are affected.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, communications or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.2-5 years of professional graphic design and marketing experience required 3+ years of marketing experience (B2B required)
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong layout, typography and production skills across print and digital materials.
  • Experience preparing files for professional print production and working with outside vendors.
  • Familiarity with email marketing, social media, CMS platforms, presentation tools or AI-assisted creative tools.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization and project-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, proofreading ability and commitment to accuracy.
  • Comfort working independently after receiving clear objectives and direction.
  • Ability to balance creative work with coordination, administrative and execution responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Creative Production: Design print and digital marketing materials including sell sheets, flyers, brochures, advertisements, email graphics, social media graphics, presentations and tradeshow materials. Develop campaign creative across multiple sizes, formats and channels while maintaining consistency with established brand standards. Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with printers, promotional vendors and outside partners as needed. Create and maintain reusable templates that improve speed and consistency across recurring marketing needs. Support product photography, image sourcing and AI-assisted creative development when appropriate.
Marketing Coordination & Execution: Support execution of campaigns and initiatives established by the Marketing Manager. Maintain project timelines, marketing calendars, asset lists and deliverable requirements. Coordinate approvals, vendor requirements, production schedules and outstanding inputs needed to keep projects moving. Proactively follow up on missing information and communicate potential delays before deadlines are at risk. Assist with product launches, customer programs, tradeshow preparation, vendor campaigns and sales-support initiatives. Coordinate printing, promotional products, signage, collateral and other physical marketing materials. Organize and maintain marketing files, templates, brand assets and source materials.
Cross-Functional Support: Work with sales, product, ecommerce and other internal teams to gather information required for marketing materials. Help translate product and business information into clear, customer-facing content and visuals. Support presentations, internal communications and other department needs as priorities require.
