Job title:
Python Developer Location: Springfield, VA Clearance: Active Top Secret (willing to get CI Poly) We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, hands-on experience with Python frameworks, and a passion for writing clean, efficient code.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications
- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code
- Build and integrate RESTful APIsCollaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers
- Debug, test, and optimize application performance
- Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices
- Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data models
- Deploy and maintain applications in cloud or server environments
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPISolid understanding of OOP, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)Familiarity with REST APIs and JSONKnowledge of Git or other version control systems
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
