About the role
Manufacturing Supervisor Pay Rate:
$44.44/hr Schedule: 6:30 AM5:00 PM, with OT/adjustments based on business needs Location: York, PA
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to support and lead bargaining unit employees in a fast-paced motorcycle manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role, with the majority of the day spent on the production floor.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily leadership and support to production employees and team leaders
Coach, mentor, and provide employees with the tools/resources needed to succeed
Support manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, and distribution operations
Help teams meet goals for safety, quality, delivery, cost, people, and sustainability
Serve as a key point of support for employee and production concerns
Promote an efficient, productive, and safe work environment
Requirements:
Background and Drug Screen
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Previous supervisory experience required
Manufacturing/production experience preferred
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Comfortable working primarily on the production floor
Ability to work 6:30 AM5:00 PM and OT as business needs require
Must be able to work onsite in York, PA
Strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and attendance
Reliable transportation
