About the role
Visual DesignerSeeking a Visual Designer with good hands-on design production experience and a strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, video, and animation work. Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects), with proven ability to create engaging visual content, adapt quickly to feedback, and thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day production support for the CB Creative team, including the development of digital assets; print deliverables; and edits to existing projects developed in-house and with agencies.Create and edit video and animation assets across channels, from short social cuts to longer-form pieces.Capable of managing all phases of creative work from concept through completion, including design development and file preparation.Take direction from art directors and creative directors, translating feedback into polished, on-brand design solutions.Work hands-on within a fast-paced, iterative design environment, comfortably context-switching across projects as priorities shift.Collaborate with other creatives in the division to ensure compelling and effective design solutions are delivered.Coordinate with project leads and the CB Creative team to ensure timely delivery of design artifacts.Required Skills & Experience:A portfolio of your creative work.2-3 years hands-on experience in design production.Strong, proven expertise across the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).Video and animation experience – this is a must-have.Understanding of visual design systems, hierarchy, typography, illustration, iconography, photography, data visualization, interaction, and composition.Sharp design sensibilities and are detail-oriented.Comfort taking direction and incorporating feedback quickly.Appetite for problem solving, a love for fast-paced environments, and the flexibility to context-switch across projects as needs shift.
