This is a high-visibility, front-office-facing role for someone who understands the full trade lifecycle and wants to have a meaningful say in how the firm's operations, technology and middle-office infrastructure evolve.š Why Consider It?⢠Work directly with senior Capital Markets leadership and sit closely with the trading desk⢠Serve as the key NYC bridge between Trading, Operations, Technology, Finance and Risk⢠Significant ownership over trade exceptions, workflow improvements and operational infrastructure⢠Opportunity to help evaluate and shape future OMS, middle-office and settlement solutions⢠Sophisticated fixed-income environment with the entrepreneurial feel of a leaner platform⢠Strong visibility with senior leadership and room to grow with the businessš What You'll Do⢠Troubleshoot complex trade, settlement, collateral, cash and reconciliation issues⢠Partner with the trading desk and operations team across the full trade lifecycle⢠Guide the operations team through exceptions and improve day-to-day processes⢠Evaluate opportunities for automation and operational efficiency⢠Help shape the firm's future middle-office and settlement infrastructureš Looking For⢠5ā10 years of sell-side fixed-income middle-office, trade support or capital markets operations experience⢠Fixed-income experience required; MBS strongly preferred⢠Understanding of repo or futures; interest-rate swaps a plus⢠Experience with OMS, front-to-back platforms, workflow design, business requirements, testing or automation
