Alta Staff is a boutique staffing agency, currently looking for a Mail Processing Specialist (aka Mail Processing Clerk) for our Client Jefferson City, MO. Staff Benefits: Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Dental, Health, and Vision Insurance 401K options Job Description: The Purpose of the Mail Processing Clerk is to assist in ensuring that the daily mail-room/imaging operations responsibilities are performed timely and accurately. Responsibilities, including but not limited to: Receive, open, prepare, and scan all physical mail Process electronic communications from customers Provides mail imaging and data entry support Input and verify critical information in computer programs Work in multiple computer programs simultaneously Ensure confidentiality and security of information Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent Proficient in data entry skills including keyboard, mouse, 10-key pad Typing speed of 30-40 wpm minimum Proficient in Microsoft office programs Ability to sit for long periods of time Ability to lift at least 15 pounds as needed Alta Staff is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
