About the role
- Partner directly with management to support strategy development and execution through data-driven insights and experimentation across sales and marketing channels.
- Design and build full-cycle experiments, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that improve decision-making and business outcomes.
- Gather stakeholder requirements, define key success metrics, and maintain regular reporting on performance indicators.
- Identify, integrate, and help automate new data sources and pipelines to improve data availability and reliability.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, correlations, and relationships between key business metrics.
- Ensure data practices are aligned with privacy, compliance, and governance standards.
- Help establish and maintain a single source of truth across core datasets and reporting layers.
- Ensure ongoing data integrity, consistency, and observability across all reporting systems.
- 5-6 years of experience working as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Engineer.
- Strong experience using SQL to transform datasets into meaningful metrics and insights.
- Experience with ELT processes and methodologies.
- Experience managing databases, including relational database architecture, query optimization, and database schema design.
- Empathy and creativity to understand and solve stakeholder problems.
- Passion for data origins, integrity, accuracy, and storytelling. Technologies
