About the role

St. Michael’s Prep in Austin, TX seeks an experienced Director of College and Academic Counseling to lead the college and academic advising program for 9th–12th grade students. The role begins in the spring of 8th grade with a cohort-looping model, reporting to the Head of Upper School, and is a full-time, 12‑month, in‑person position. The Director will coordinate PSAT/AP testing, college visits, and scholarship tracking while staying current with admissions trends and professional associations.
