About the role

The Broad Institute seeks a Principal Specialist, Research Security & Conflict of Interest Management to lead COI program and oversee research security and export control across complex collaborations with MIT, Harvard, and partner hospitals. Reporting to the Director, this role partners with faculty and administration to ensure regulatory compliance, develop guidance, and respond to evolving mandates while maintaining Broad's scientific mission.
