About the role

Store ManagerThe Store Manager will manage the Leads and Associates in daily store operations. Your purpose is to provide leadership in all processes and operations and be the example of superior customer service. You will be in charge of the location and the team working there. You must represent BYLT Basics' mindset and be a true ambassador of the brand.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Guide and manage the daily operational tasks of the storeInventory ManagementTrack inventory levels, shrink and communicate needsWrite and manage employee schedulesCommunicate employee schedules in a timely mannerDesign a daily & monthly schedule efficient workflow scheduleCollaborate with other store managers and Head of Retail on establishing defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all of Retail DepartmentDisciplinary Actions for employeesAssist customers with their shopping needs and transactionsHandle all customer escalationsTend to merchandising tasks via plan-o-gramCommunicate with HQ LeadershipPerform proper receiving and stocking proceduresOversee and reconcile cash register drawersPrepare deposits and order change from the bankEnsure store inventory is regularly inspected, removed, or rotated according to the Product Freshness Review ScheduleMaintain a safe, clean, and pleasing environment for customers and associatesPreferred Experience/Skills:Previous retail and supervisor experienceExcellent communicator with the ability to utilize technology effectively and engage with customers and your team to meet goalsAble to handle customer interactions and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionallyUse basic information-gathering skills to solve problemsAbility to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job trainingSet sales goalsAbility to motivate a teamBYLT product knowledgeFast-paced energy levelDependabilityPhysical Demands and Work Environment:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
