Before becoming an agent, I spent 12 years on the corporate side of State Farm in several different roles, which gave me a strong understanding of the business and helped shape the way I lead and support my team today. I attended Cumberland University, played baseball, and I'm a proud parent of two kids. In the office, we keep things fun, supportive, and team-focused - and I'm especially proud that we've built a workplace with long-term stability and low turnover. People enjoy being here, and we work hard to make sure everyone feels valued and set up for success. For our team, we offer PTO, paid vacation, a health stipend, a 401k, and licensing reimbursement. We're looking for someone who brings a great attitude, enjoys working in a team environment, and wants to grow in a place where they'll be supported long-term. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
