General Education Teacher (GTE) We are seeking a dedicated and passionate General Education Teacher to join our team. This role will involve working collaboratively with students, parents, and faculty to create a positive learning environment that supports educational growth and fosters student development.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards. Assess student performance and provide feedback to aid academic improvement. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students. Establish and maintain a positive classroom environment conducive to learning. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and promote educational initiatives.
Qualifications: Valid teaching certification for General Education. Strong understanding of educational pedagogy and curriculum development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. Experience in utilizing technology to enhance learning experiences.
Work Schedule: Full-time position with scheduled shifts of 35 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours. Typical shifts may vary between 5-8 hours.
