About the role
- Field experience in construction, install trades, or building products (cabinets, flooring, or millwork a strong plus)
- Exceptionally organized; juggles multiple jobs, builders, and crews without dropping balls
- Comfortable working in Excel and digital tracking tools to keep schedules, materials, and job status organized and current
- Experience with builder/trade platforms such as SupplyPro or Procore is a plus
- Strong communicator who earns credibility fast with builders and crews
- Comfortable being coached closely early on, then running independently as trust builds
- Willing and able to travel regionally on short notice
- A self-starter who runs toward problems
- No degree required — we hire on capability, judgment, and follow-through
- Compensation & Growth$65,000–$80,000 base, depending on experience
