Headway is building the future of behavioral health, and we are hiring a Clinical Product Lead to own the clinical judgment behind how risk is detected, escalated, and closed across our platform. You will ensure every product surface is connected to the safety systems behind it, partnering daily with engineering, product, and clinical operations to define what safe means at scale, including AI surfaces.
