Part-Time Temporary Front Office Coordinator Tract Capital is seeking a part-time Temporary Front Office Coordinator to serve as a welcoming and professional presence for visitors and employees. The role will help keep the office organized, stocked, and running smoothly.
Responsibilities: Welcome and assist visitors, employees, and vendors with a warm, professional demeanor. Serve as the friendly face of the front office and help maintain a positive workplace experience. Sort, distribute, and deliver incoming mail and packages. Order, organize, and restock office snacks, beverages, and supplies. Assist Executive Assistants with catering setup, service, and cleanup. Perform light kitchen duties, including loading/unloading the dishwasher and maintaining a clean, orderly space. Provide general front office and administrative support as needed.
