A growing company specializing in the manufacturing and development of high-performance adhesives, sealants, and coatings is seeking Packagers to join their dynamic team in Norton Shores, MI. This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent opportunity in a clean and comfortable facility.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Packager, your core responsibilities will include:
Product Preparation: Follow customer-specific batch and work orders to produce adhesives, sealants, and coatings.
Packaging & Accuracy: Ensure products are properly packaged, labeled, and assigned to the correct orders.
Filling & Handling: Assist with filling tubes, containers, and drums with finished products.
Shipping Prep: Pack and prepare products for shipment according to work instructions.
Workstation Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
You’ll work as part of a team to prepare and sort specific batches of products for shipment while meeting quality and safety standards.
What We’re Looking For: To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous manufacturing experience required
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs repetitively
- Strong math skills (measurements, decimals, fractions, and conversions)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Reliability: Consistently meets attendance, safety, and performance expectations.
