Required Skills & Experience:
1-3 years of experience in Production Coordination, Project Coordination, Associate Production, or a similar role. Experience supporting game development, art production, creative production, or related teams. Understanding of art production pipelines and content development workflows. Experience using project management tools such as Jira. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter who takes initiative and proactively drives action items to completion.
Nice to Have:
Skills & Experience: Experience supporting Gameplay Art, Technical Art, Lighting, Environment Art, Character Art, or related disciplines. Familiarity with Shot Grid or similar production tracking tools. Experience supporting live service or seasonal content production. Experience working with external vendors and outsourcing partners. Background in video game development.
Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Art Production Coordinator to support game art production teams delivering seasonal content initiatives. This role partners closely with Producers, Art Leads, Technical Artists, and cross-functional stakeholders to help coordinate workflows, track production health, and ensure teams remain aligned on priorities, milestones, and deliverables. The ideal candidate has experience supporting creative or game development teams, understands art production workflows, and excels at driving organization, communication, and follow-through across multiple stakeholders.
