This strategic role is pivotal in the development and execution of global commercialization partnership strategies, with a focus on RAS(ON) inhibitors in clinical development. The successful candidate will be responsible for executive ownership of partner governance, relationship management, and operational performance, as well as for building and leading a high-performing team to drive core capabilities and support product launches in multiple markets. A hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and the ability to influence global, regional, and external stakeholders are essential. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive biopharmaceutical leadership experience. Significant experience in managing international commercialization partners, distributors, or regional alliances is required, along with a proven track record in developing and executing global commercialization strategies. The role demands a professional with an entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for helping cancer patients, and the ability to anticipate and resolve commercialization risks. Experience in oncology commercialization, legal background, and knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution and related operational capabilities are also highly valued.
