Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Equipment Operator opportunities in Southington, CT. Responsibilities for an Equipment Operator include but are not limited to:
Operate and monitor automated assembly machines, ensuring efficient production and minimal downtime
Perform machine start-up, changeovers, and preventive maintenance (PM) tasks
Troubleshoot machine faults and performance issues, escalating when necessary
Maintain accurate production documentation, batch records, and quality control checks
Candidates for Equipment Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Experience operating automated or semi-automated manufacturing equipment
Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and mechanical adjustments
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and compliance standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow SOPs and production procedures

Shift:
Monday – Friday, 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM

This Equipment Operator position is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
Pay Details: $23.50 per hour
