Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Document Coordinator to support document control and administrative activities within a regulated GMP environment. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate document tracking, scanning and verifying records, managing controlled documents, and supporting the secure shipment and archiving of GMP documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and meeting strict deadlines are critical.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and track documents checked in and out of the Archive Room. Print, issue, and reconcile Test Records, Protocols, Logbooks, and Master Batch Records. Scan GMP-related documentation and ensure records are complete and legible. Verify and approve scanned documents for accuracy and completeness. Support the shipment of documents to Iron Mountain, a secure GMP document storage facility. Ensure all required documents are scanned prior to offsite shipment. Maintain accurate document records and tracking logs. Follow established document control and GMP procedures. Provide general administrative support to the QA/Document Control team as needed.
Required Qualifications: Associate’s Degree minimum. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a busy, demanding environment. Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and strict timelines. Excellent work ethic and reliability. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential and controlled documentation appropriately.
Preferred Experience: Experience working in a GMP, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other regulated environment. Previous experience with document control, quality assurance, records management, or administrative coordination. Familiarity with controlled documents, document tracking, scanning, and archival processes. Why This Role?
