About the role
Delivering exceptional customer service, the full-time Business Account Coordinator will support Industrial Customers and Retailers by managing account setups, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with the Industrial Team, all while working remotely within U.S. Central Time business hours.
Key responsibilities
Provide timely, friendly, and knowledgeable service to exceed customer expectations
Assist the Industrial Team with account and program setup, changes, and issue resolution
Educate customers about products and services while identifying and recommending appropriate solutions
Required qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or account management support
Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate records and information
