FCCI is seeking an experienced Underwriting Director to lead an underwriting team for profitable property and casualty accounts with Mid-Atlantic agency partners. This hybrid role is based in our Glen Allen, VA office and aligns with corporate goals for production, profitability, retention, and policyholder service. The successful candidate will manage operations for the Georgia Branch Office in coordination with regional leaders.
