About the role
NCSL International is seeking a Technical Transportation Planner to support regional TSMO and ITS planning across the AMPA. You will coordinate MPO travel demand modeling, freight planning, and asset management, while overseeing contracts and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role requires a strong GIS background, programming experience, and the ability to communicate complex data to diverse stakeholders. This is a collaborative, on-site position in Albuquerque, NM.
