About the role

Luster-National is seeking a Cost Analyst (w/Risk Focus) to support project controls and program finance for a large rail transit program in Sacramento. You will pull data from contractors, build cost and scenario models, and develop risk and contingency pictures for leadership. The role is on-site in Sacramento, CA, with responsibilities spanning data validation, cost analysis, risk mitigation, and reporting. 3+ years in transit or heavy-civil projects and CCP/PSP certifications are preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
