About the role

Architect and lead the development of digital products, guiding engineering teams from design and testing through production operations. Drive technical strategy, quality practices, and delivery across product teams while supporting team growth and meeting product performance goals. Architect, design, build, and enhance software products. Define and implement testing strategies, including test-driven development and pair programming. Lead technical decisions, system design, and resolution of engineering problems. Plan iterations, guide backlog refinement, and facilitate team ceremonies and retrospectives. Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and production monitoring practices. Coordinate technology strategy and knowledge sharing across product teams and stakeholders.
