Valet attendants safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while delivering a personalized service aligned with the hotels service standardsESSENTIAL DUTIES & FUNCTIONSOperational ResponsibilitiesGreet guests according hotel standardsRegister all vehicles in parking platformCommunicate the valet process to the guestAssist guests with any luggage and directional needsProfessionally and efficiently park guest vehiclesGuest ServicesAnticipate and attend to guest needs during interactionsBe proactive when attending to guestsAssist guests with all concierge servicesTeam Support and TrainingAttend and contribute to department meetingsParticipate in cross trainingComplete all required trainingsCommunication and ReportingFacilitate all internal communications and follow up accordinglyRun all reports necessary to the operationComplete full shift pass on reports and checklistsLog all work in appropriate platformsSafety & ComplianceAdhere to all safety and security guidelinesFollow all driving regulationsQualificationsESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSStrong verbal and written communication skillsEffective time management and problem-solving skillsAbility to work well with a team and demonstrate attention to detailExcellent organizational skills and interpersonal abilitiesPhysical RequirementsSitting: Short periods of timeStanding/Walking: Long periods of standing, minimum of 5 consecutive hoursLifting/Carrying: Occasionally, maximum of 50 pounds.
