Responsibilities Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge Ensure customer account information is up-to-date Qualifications High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent Previous work in a customer-facing position Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills Must have an insurance license in the state of Texas Must have experience in the insurance industry Compensation $32,000 per year (DOE) J-18808-Ljbffr
