About the role
- Oversee all daily field operations from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules to keep work on time and within budget
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trade partners, and self-perform crews
- Enforce jobsite safety programs and maintain OSHA compliance at all times
- Uphold quality control standards and conduct regular inspections
- Communicate project progress, issues, and solutions with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers
- Lead jobsite meetings, maintain daily reports, and keep accurate project documentation
- Manage inspections, punch lists, and project closeout
- 7+ years of field experience as a superintendent
- Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred; experience in commercial, industrial, life science, or education projects is acceptable
- Proven track record leading projects from start to finish
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, and building codes
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
