About the role

Our client, a luxury jewelry brand, is seeking a Senior Ecommerce & Marketing Manager to support the growth and execution of its digital business!
Responsibilities: Manage and optimize the day-to-day ecommerce experience, ensuring the site is accurate, engaging, on-brand, and easy to navigate. Oversee site merchandising, product content, collections, navigation, and key digital updates. Support ecommerce initiatives tied to product launches, promotions, seasonal moments, and broader marketing campaigns. Monitor site, email, and SMS performance and use data to identify opportunities for improvement. Manage email and SMS campaigns, including briefs, content, segmentation, scheduling, testing, and reporting. Coordinate ecommerce photography and digital asset needs across product and marketing initiatives. Manage relationships and projects with developers, agencies, creative partners, and other external vendors. Prioritize and oversee site updates, enhancements, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Sales, Inventory, and other teams to execute digital initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve conversion, customer experience, product discovery, and overall digital performance.
Qualifications: 6+ years of experience. Strong hands-on experience with Shopify Plus and Klaviyo, Strong understanding of ecommerce merchandising, conversion optimization, UX, and customer journey. Analytical mindset and strong project management skills. Experience working with developers, agencies, creative partners, and cross-functional teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Luxury, fine jewelry, or high-touch retail experience strongly preferred. Full Time On Site.
Salary: $100k - $120k commensurate with experience
