About the role

Qualifications: RequiredBachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, Education, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in organizational change management, communications, training, stakeholder engagement, user adoption, project coordination, or a related field. Experience supporting technology, process improvement, or organizational transformation initiatives. Experience developing professional communications, presentations, training materials, and stakeholder engagement resources. Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, training sessions, or stakeholder discussions. Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations or digital transformation initiatives. Experience working in local government, public sector, or municipal environments. Experience supporting Microsoft 365, artificial intelligence, digital workplace, or enterprise application initiatives. Familiarity with organizational change management frameworks and project management methodologies. Experience defining and measuring readiness, engagement, training effectiveness, and adoption outcomes. Professional certification in change management, project management, communications, training, or a related discipline.
